Workspace management controls who can use Nexvio and how the workspace is configured. The selected team owns agents and shared customer-facing resources.

Team management

Dashboard management pages cover teams, members, accounts, billing, and workspace-level administration.

Settings

Admin settings include team settings, ticketing settings, widget defaults, account settings, billing, and API keys.

Team scope

Nexvio keeps agents under teams. Connections, integrations, contacts, conversations, tickets, analytics, forms, helpdocs, actions, and workflows are shared team resources.

Usage

Usage enforcement exists in agent creation and shared usage packages. Use workspace usage views to understand plan limits and capacity.

Security

Nexvio supports identity verification for widget users (JWT or HMAC), so conversations for logged-in users are tied to a verified identity rather than an unverified visitor context. Workspace single sign-on is available through WorkOS in dashboard SSO settings.
