Email Settings
Nexvio handles email through two separate paths: a connected Gmail channel for two-way support email, and a send email action for outbound notifications from configured workflows.
Gmail as an email channel
Connect a Gmail account from Integrations to turn email into a help desk channel. Inbound messages create or append to support tickets, and replies sent from the dashboard are delivered back through the connected Gmail account. Replies from a custom-domain address can land in Spam unless SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up; the Sending health section on the Gmail card checks them and shows the DNS records to add. See Gmail sending health.
Outbound email
Use a send-email action in a workflow for confirmations, notifications, or follow-up messages. Configure the recipient, subject, and body narrowly. Attaching this standalone action to an agent does not currently expose a callable email tool; use a configured custom HTTP or MCP action for agent-driven email. See Actions for availability.
Recommended use
Use the Gmail channel for two-way support conversations, and the send-email action for one-off transactional messages triggered by workflows.
