Custom Initial Messages
Initial messages are configured on the agent and displayed when a visitor opens the widget. Floating initial messages can also show the greeting above the closed launcher.
Configure the message
Open the agent settings in the dashboard and update the initial message text. Keep it short and specific to the page or audience where possible.
Show it before opening
Enable floating initial messages in widget options when you want the greeting to appear before the visitor opens the launcher.
