Teams and Agents
Understand how Nexvio organizes agents, integrations, connections, contacts, and support data.
Teams and Agents
Nexvio is team-scoped first: agents live inside a team and share that team's connections, integrations, and data.
Hierarchy
- Workspace or team: Owns members, billing, account settings, administration, and customer-facing modules such as agents, connections, integrations, contacts, conversations, tickets, analytics, forms, helpdocs, actions, and workflows.
- Agent: Lives inside a team and uses the team's connected channels, integrations, contacts, knowledge, and operational data.
Why teams matter
A team provides one place to manage the customer experience around a product, brand, client, or business unit. Multiple agents can share the same team-level context without duplicating connections or integration setup.
For example, a team can own the Slack, WhatsApp, Shopify, Stripe, Zendesk, and Google Drive connections. Agents in that team can then be assigned to the relevant channels or workflows.
